Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Areas
F&F Luxury Cleaning currently delivers only within Belgium.
We offer:

Direct delivery during detailing appointments (for subscribed clients)

Local delivery by courier (Brussels region & nearby)

Shipping via postal service for select product orders
We do not currently ship internationally.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Custom-made or out-of-stock products may require additional time (you will be notified by email).
3. Delivery Times

Standard delivery: 2–5 working days

Same-day or next-day delivery: Available in select areas (extra fees may apply)
Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, or availability.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or communicated by our team after the order.
Free delivery may be offered for:

Orders over a certain value

During promotional campaigns

Clients with an active F&F subscription
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
If applicable, a tracking number will be provided.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to:

Incorrect address,

Client absence, or
-
Refusal without cause,
the parcel will be held for 7 days. After this, it may be discarded or reshipped at your expense. No refund will be issued.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
In case of a damaged package:

Notify us within 48 hours

Include photos of the damage and packaging
Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier. Refunds or replacements are subject to validation.
